Denver Arrival

Delegates flying on Alaska Airlines Flight 682 on October 8 will arrive at Denver International Airport around noon. Upon deplaning, Patrick Bannon will guide the group to Baggage Claim 7 on Level 5 to collect luggage. There, the group will be greeted by Matt Jack, who will coordinate with the moving company to transfer all luggage to a truck stationed curbside outside Baggage Claim 7.

Each delegate will receive a luggage tag and an RTD A Line travel pass. Please keep the tag stub, as it will be required to retrieve your luggage later at the Westin Downtown Denver. Once all bags are loaded, Patrick will escort the group to the A Line platform for the light rail ride to Union Station, where the group will have lunch and orientation.

Delegates arriving on other flights before noon are encouraged to meet the group at Baggage Claim 7 or 8. Please notify Serena Sherwood if you will be arriving earlier.

Delegates arriving a day prior should plan to meet at the Webb Gallery at Union Station between 1:00 - 1:45pm on October 8. The space is flexibly reserved to accommodate different arrival times. Serena will be there to receive and assist you.

Note: BDA staff tested the itinerary on 10/7 and arrived at Union Station around 1:00 pm on the A Line from the airport.

Denver Departure

On Friday, October 10, delegates will gather outside the Westin Downtown Denver at 9:15 am to board a charter bus bound for Civica Cherry Creek. Upon arrival, delegates will disembark and leave their luggage on the bus for safekeeping during the day’s programming.

The bus will return to Civica Cherry Creek at 3:45 pm to pick up the group and transport everyone to Denver International Airport.

Delegates departing on earlier flights or extending their stay in Denver are encouraged to bring their luggage inside Civica Cherry Creek, where it can be securely stored in the Fireside Library. This option provides flexibility for delegates with alternative travel plans.
