Jack Kelly

Mr. Kelly is a Vice President at JBG SMITH with a primary focus on the company’s development strategy and model for managing large-scale, mixed-use projects. He specializes in building and leading teams as well as managing complex development, financing, and place-making strategies for numerous product types. He also assists JBGS with various special projects such as the implementation of its digital infrastructure initiative (CBRS/5G roll out, edge computing and fiber) and public affairs related to large infrastructure projects in National Landing. Prior to joining JBG SMITH, Mr. Kelly was a Vice President for a Baltimore based family office real estate company called Sagamore/Weller Development. While at Sagamore/Weller, he oversaw the $5B+, 18M SF master planned re-development of Port Covington on Baltimore’s waterfront, which is currently under construction. Mr. Kelly graduated from the University of Colorado with a BA in Finance.
